Notes drafts save automatically after you stop typing. Other results save only when you choose “Save to journal”.
Reports include all saved records for the selected dog. Drafts are identified separately; a plan is not a record of food eaten. No automatic diet adjustment is made from weight changes.
The JSON backup includes every dog, record and note draft with original inputs and units. Restore adds missing records without replacing existing ones. Conflicting IDs stop the entire import.
Compare dated observations and take the complete report to your veterinary team. Changes in weight or appetite have many possible causes; this journal does not diagnose them or automatically change your feeding target.
